Check all windows and doors for damage and security

Check bath areas for mold & mildew build-up

Check the water heater for leaks (We recommend it be turned OFF at circuit breaker)

Check all sinks & sink cabinets for evidence of leaks

Short Cycle dishwasher, washing machine & dryer for function & water drainage

Check for signs of insects, pests and rodents

Check closets, pantry and storage cabinets

Verify AC and humidistat settings & function; adjust as necessary

Check refrigerator, freezers and wine coolers for proper temp and operation

Check circuit breaker panels
